went to buy a qt of ice crm, was told they didn't have any qt containers....so I said then give me 2 pts for the price of the qt, he said he couldn't do that...I asked for the MGR. & was told there wasn't one.
I buy a qt every week of world class chocolate. This really upset me & I walked out without purchasing anything. Not a good way to do business. I have Coldstone gift cards but I love World Class Chocolate.
This guy behind the counter was a foreigner, I don't know if he was understanding me or not, I think he was the only person there.
When your tastebuds want something & then they won't even try to please the customer, thats pretty sad. I was very upset with this guy!!!
