Ordered photo cake from 5209 Getwell Rd, Southaven, MS through the app and paid for it 2 days in advance. Received confirmation to be there at 3:30 to pick it up on my sons birthday.

They said they didnt have order. Showed them my screenshots. Owner found it in his email. Said it hadnt been made but he could make it in 30 minutes.

They did not have the ice cream flavor my son ordered. I picked another one. I stayed inside the shop while he made it. Told me it would have to sit in freezer for 15 minutes to harden enough for me to get it home.

He promptly LEFT for the day. Had another worker bring it to me. It had my kids earlobe, shoulder and neck on it. That was it.

No FACE, like I ordered. (See pics below). I cried. Then asked for refund.

They dont refund app purchases. Asked for a substitute (a blank cake, a polar pizza). Refused. The pics below are my order confirmation, the photo I sent in and the masterpiece they provided me with.

Called corporate. They said refunds/compensation is up to individual franchises. So, the OWNER offers me $5 back. (Which Ive yet to receive).

He should use it for photo cake making classes. So pitiful.

I'm in Boyce, Vs. My question is way the Buskin's and Ribbons stopped ordering the Daiquiri Ice.

It's been a month and half, and the management haven't put it back in the store. I buy it least 8 quarts a month. I was told by workers, the manager is the one to take care of ordering. Well both managers need to be replaced.

In Boyce, Vs. and Stephen City, Va. Their stories have a bunch of other tasteless items, not the important stuff. At least the Baskins and Robins in Richmond, Va.

isn't that worthless. Get new management at those 2 stores at least. They're causing you to loose business.

The Cleveland,MS store is small and in a college town. It is 45 minutes from where I live.

They rarely put this flavor out for sell even though it is a great seller. I purchased a whole drum for approx. 120 dollars once because of this. I would like to purchase another drum or some pints from there.

I make it back home before it melts. My family loves this flavor.

I will purchase it the day it comes in. They also need to track the flavors that sell. Some of the flavors arent popular in the Delta.

The prepackaged ones are great. I buy multiple flavors for my grandchildren when they have them. I need this lemon custard for a family function. I want to order it.

The customer service is good. The availability of the products is not.

These experiences have significantly impacted her [Her Life Affected, her academic performance, social interactions, ability to enjoy hobbies, overall well-being].

Beyond my daughter's individual suffering, the incident has created a climate of fear and anxiety within our family. We are deeply concerned about the potential long-term consequences of this defamation, including the impact on my daughter's future academic and professional opportunities. The false accusations have cast a shadow of doubt and mistrust over our family, affecting our sense of security and well-being.

We are seeking justice for the harm inflicted upon our family. We request that appropriate action be taken against Ms.

Azarcon, including but not limited to:A formal apology from Ms. Azarcon for her actions.The removal of the defamatory statement from online platforms.Disciplinary action against Ms.

Azarcon by Baskin-Robbins.
