Getting screwed out of rewards
I have rewards on my reward program. And now I'm locked out, saying I do not have my right password.
I tried getting a new password, but they never sent one. I tried to delete an account, and they never did so. I can't open a new one.
I go to Baskin Robbins at least four times a week, and I'm missing out on all my rewards. I don't get too many rewards because it cuts you off.

Website messed my order up
I never got the cake I ordered, even when the lady said I could come in and choose a cake of my liking that was still the same price and size of the one I originally payed for, but when I got there they didnt even have any cakes up to the size I needed, this was terrible service is so many ways, with customer service not answering down to not getting the cake, I want a full refund.

Preferred solution: Not for myself, but additional customer service training for this rude lady. I forgot I mention above, that her name is Danielle. I’ve never seen her working there before, looks like she may be the manger on call.

Yeah so I know I'm not the only one experiencing issues with the sweet sip challenge on baskin robbins due to looking up the thread on reddit, but they seriously need to fix the issue or someone does, they need to look into it and provide a real resolve instead of just not addressing it, its ridiculous to have a reward system and not be able to utilize it for the benefits!
Can never redeem my frozen beverage coupon no matter for indoors with the qr code or within the app when it clearly states I'm legible to use it for a free medium beverage, I can put anything within the coupon and it won't activate at all.

Call the company to complain.
Poor milkshake preparation, watery milkshak. Lack of cleanliness on tables, floors, chairs, and trash cans full of trash and dirty.
I returned the first shake and let them know it was watery and they made another one that was just as watery. Yesterday, August 7, 2025, I visited Baskin-Robbins on Route 87 South from Cameron to Fayetteville, NC and it turned out to be just as watery. What is really going on? Why pay $7 with a coin and get a chocolate shake, my favorite flavor, watered down for the third time and in a different location?
It's not fair. Shakes are supposed to be creamy, not watery.

My husband went to buy 2 PPQ ice cream and he was to y $16.99 and he was charge for $43.66 , since he used my card I check the charge and I asked him why it was that much and he checked and went back to the store , they acknowledged their mistake and told him will be reimbursed, but did in do it and the charge its already a post transaction on my card, I will make a review for this matter and a dispute with my credit card, I didnt received my refund!

Where to begin!! My family & I went to a BR store.
No sugar cones. The ice cream I wanted was too melted to serve. So I didn't get a cone at all. When my grandson had finished his cone I asked an employee to let me into the MEN'S bathroom bc the WOMEN'S had an "employee only" sign on it!
There was no toilet paper bc the homeless man let in before me had used it all to clean up & didn't flush!! He thanked the employees on his way out!! I never saw him buy anything!!
What kind of store is this??!! I would NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE!!

Wanted to up charge for a sugarcone since they ran outy
I went to a local Baskin Robbins ( zip code 11561) and wanted a double scoop ice cream cone. I was told they have to charge for the specialty cone since thet are more exprensive since they ran out of the plain ones.
I asked for the store Mgr but the young girl said that is the way it is. I said no thanks and did not spend my money.

Birthday gift
Why do you send me a birthday free scoop of ice cream, and when I go to redeem it, it doesn't work, and they tell me that it's not working, so I have to pay for it? I just want you to cancel my account. I don't want to have your app anymore because it's not worth my time to go and get insulted by your employee.

Since corporate wont do anything I will write every review I can find about how unacceptable the customer service and products such as the disaster lopsided mess I received from this location and get the word out!. The asst manager was rude, immature and mocked and smirked at me rather than make the situation right!
Cake is unacceptable mess and have 4-5 days to work on it with the flavors i did want!!
Wasnt duplicated to a cake I and employee taking the order saw, not even the coloring trim and design. Being lopsided and uneven in the base this was not done professionally as what I saw in the case!

so after looking at different icecream stores i choose Baskin Robbins stupid me i orderd a brownie sunday with vannila icecream i got a cup of strawberry icecream in a cup no hot fudge or browines not even whip cream my friend orderd 2 large scoops of chocolate icecream with bananans he got a cup of orange icecream not what he asked for now all this mess came to 25 bucks and im mad as ***
then i did not come until almost 8 pm there are 10 icecream stores in my neighboorhood from now on ill get icecream from one of them i would like a refund or a coupon for a free icecream ok

2 cakes that you couldnt read happy birthday because writing. Spelled name wrong.
No discount offered. Picture was after the 2nd try.
Preferred solution: Something to show good faith after spending $80 in a week on 2 cakes that tasted great but look like crap. We spelled out our names it’s not hard to spell

I just witnessed a really nice young the only guy on shift at the baskin Robbins in San Leandro ca
He was extremely helpful and attentive working very hard
One of the girls that was on shift was REALLY REALLY rude to him and he just kept helping customers
Something about demanding him to ask for permission to walk by her
It was loud and rude and distasteful
Thats not what I want to see as a customer
She needs a reality check because her parents didnt teach her respect and manners. Ill be back for the other crew member

Night shift left the place looking like a dump
We came in just as the store had opened. The manager, Stephen was just opening up and everything in the store was a mess.
The night shift did not clean up, they left trash everywhere, they didn't even wipe off the tables or counters. You would think.
The owner would fire the night shift.The manager said this is what happens every day when he opens, he said the place is left a mess every night for him to clean up when he opens.
That doesn't seem right, you would think the owner would take more pride in his store. Stephen did a great job.

Hello I purchased Baskin Robbins ice cream from dierbergs store today got home and when I was ready to eat it it tastes of nothing but salt the flavor is parlines n cream this is a flavor that I have eaten before and I have never had this experience I'm very disappointed.
