Went online to order an ice cream cake for a birthday. Online the desired item was listed at $22 but of course you could not order online as the pages would not link to the local Baskin Robbins store (the only one located in Huntsville, AL).
Phoned in the order and was told the actual cost for that $22 item was now $37 at this location as "prices have gone up." First mistake, ordered anyways. Went to the store for pick up today and the cake now cost $47. Was informed the store manager called three times to inform me of the change. Displayed my recent calls phone page and no calls had been received since the order was placed 72 hours prior.
The sales manager was not available and when I requested a contact number for him/her or a regional supervisor was informed those numbers cannot be provided to customers.
Final mistake, paid for the item so that it would be present for the birthday party. I will never shop at Baskin Robbins again.
